Babyshop Group are looking for a senior and analytical, test-loving and self-driven CRM & Email Manager to be a part of our Growth Team. We would like you to be specialized in the area and have senior work experience within the field.

You will work closely with the whole Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute email communication to our customers. You will control the content creation and develop exciting new ideas. CRM works closely with a set of cross-functional teams to transform our insights into great communication, driving growth every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make sure that briefs are transformed into customer engaging communication in emails and SMS
• Work closely with Marketing and Data Engineering to always improve the key metrics for the email and SMS channels
• Constantly improve the marketing automation processes in our CRM-system.
• Personnel Responsibility, 2 people

Who are we looking for?

You should be organized, specialized in E-mail marketing, good in communication and have good executional skills.

• You should have great and long experience of working with data and take action on the findings based on insights and results
• You should have great coordinating skills
• You are a structured and organized person with an eye for details + a real “go and get it” attitude!
