FINNISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Job Description: 

Are you looking for a new challenge that will allow you to improve your communication skills and grow professionally?  Join our Customer Service team and learn about customer experience while helping our Finnish speaking customers. 


Areas of responsibility:


As a Customer Service Agent, you will be resolving customer errands and communicating directly with customers through e-mail, phone, chat and social media, while representing the Babyshop Group and it’s values at all times.


Your daily tasks will include resolving customer errands according to the schedule imposed by your direct supervisor. Beside making sure all the customer queries and issues are solved in a timely, efficient and highly professional manner, you will also be responsible for maintaining and cultivating the Babyshop Group´s values and tone of voice.


The position involves supporting Finnish speaking customers in our four different companies: Babyshop, Lekmer, Oii and AlexandAlexa.
You must be able to work on site in our office at Norra Stigamovägen, Jönköping.


About you:


We are looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Agent with the ambition to actively participate in giving our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. In order to reach our goal we require the following:

- Fluency in Finnish both spoken and written
- Essential computer skills and a good typing pace
- It is a must that you enjoy both sales and service and understand the benefits of being successful in both areas
- You enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes, all to enable us to deliver the best possible solutions to our customers
- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with drive who is determined to deliver results
- You are an executing doer who understands that the details make a difference
- Fluency in Swedish is an advantage
- Fluency in any other language is an advantage
- Experience in customer care is an advantage.


Our offer:


We are hiring a Customer Service agent that will deal with Finnish speaking customers in various shifts. The position is permanent with 6 months of probation.
