The Babyshop Group are hiring to our Customer Service department in Jönköping!


ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (temporary position)


Areas of responsibility:


As a Customer Service Agent, you will be resolving customer errands and communicating directly with the customers through e-mail, phone and chat. Therefore it is of utmost importance that you represent the Babyshop Group and it’s values at all times.


Your daily tasks will include resolving customer errands by e-mail, phone, and chat, according to the schedule imposed by your direct supervisor. Beside making sure all the customer queries and issues are solved in a timely, efficient and highly professional manner, you will also be responsible for maintaining and cultivating the Babyshop Group´s values and tone of voice.


The position involves supporting customers in our four different companies: Babyshop, OiiDesign, Lekmer and AlexandAlexa.
You must be able to work on site in our office at Norra Stigamovägen, Jönköping.


About you:


We are looking for English speaking Customer Service Agents with the ambition to actively participate in giving our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. In order to reach our goal we require the following:

- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Essential computer skills and a good typing pace
- It is a must that you enjoy both sales and service and understand the benefits of being successful in both areas
- You enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes, all to enable us to deliver the best possible solutions to our customers
- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with drive who is determined to deliver results
- You are an executing doer who understands that the details make a difference
- Fluency in Swedish is an advantage
- Fluency in any other language is an advantage
- Experience in customer care is an advantage.

We are hiring temporary Customer Service agents that will deal with English speaking customers in various shifts, during the period between the 18th of November and 30th of December.
