Babyshop Group are looking for a talented, test-loving and self-driven CRM & Email Specialist to be a part of our Growth Team. We want your help to drive the CRM-operation, growth and success of the brands Babyshop and Lekmer. If you appreciate an open communication culture, flat hierarchies and a fast-paced environment this is the job for you!

You will work closely with the whole Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute email communication to the customers. You will control the content creation and develop exciting new ideas. CRM works closely with a set of cross-functional teams to transform our insights into great communication, driving growth every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make sure that briefs are transformed into customer engaging communication in emails and SMS
  • Work closely with Marketing and Data Engineering to always improve the key metrics for the email and SMS channels
  • Constantly improve the marketing automation flows in our CRM-system.

Who are we looking for?

You should be specialized particularly in E-mail marketing, have deep communication and production skills and be passionate about copy making. Furthermore you:

  • master copy making both in Swedish and English
  • have experience working with data and know how to tweak layout/packaging based on insights and results
  • have great coordinating skills
  • are a structured and organized person with an eye for details + a real “go and get it” attitude!
