We are looking for a senior Brand Manager that are used to working with multiple online brand identity’s and marketing strategies and to communicate these. You are used to working with multiple projects at the same time, you enjoy working across all levels and departments of our organization and find what makes our brands unique and communicate that to the world.

You are an experienced and structured leader that like to make decisions, clear road maps and execute on them. You are curious by nature an enthusiastic person with a “YES-can-do” attitude. You report directly to our CMO.

You are fun with a bit of weirdness.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager with at least 10 years working experience within Marketing.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivation skills
  • Trend savviness.
  • Bachelor's degree (equivalent or higher) in marketing or a related field.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
  • Translate brand elements into action plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee all touch points internally and externally
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
