eCommerce coordinator

We are looking for an eCommerce coordinator to play a critical role within the Alex and Alexa Marketing team, reporting to our Campaign manager. In this role, you will be accountable for the launch of our key marketing campaigns on-site, as well as the performance of the performance of the website. Working in close relationship with our Buying team, Marketing team and  Design team, you will manage website optimisation while always staying “on brand”. A very agile project coordinator with a real understanding of ecommerce, and are happy to constantly juggle between several priorities, always demonstrating grace under fire!

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Responsible for the optimisation of the conversion of the traffic landing on the websites

- Upload daily/weekly creative assets on the website, ensuring consistency of tagging and according to the marketing calendar, merchandising priorities and on-site performance

- Propose and implement optimisations/updates when performances dips

- Responsible for the creation of discount codes and new landing pages

- Project coordination of our key seasonal launches (eg. Christmas, Ski Shop, etc.)

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, tests, widgets and banners utilising Google Analytics and Power Bi

- Manage the homepage calendar

- Support the Customer Services Coordinator, as and when required

- Conducting daily checks of our websites and different markets

- Make sure the website is always functional from a customer point of view

- Management of onsite issues

- Upload of assets and creation of the temporary pages (all devices)

- Fix filters and website with collaboration with buyers or tech depending on the need

- Ensuring the accuracy content through updating current information and removing expired data

- Lead meeting with tech to propose the A/B test or website/Edge changes, fix and project follow up

- Manage the ecommerce intern



Who are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies

Experience in, SEO, UX, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools

Understanding of digital advertising channels such as PPC , Social Media, Display and affiliate marketing.

Degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Super proactive, highly organised, strong time management and prioritisation skills.

Experience working with a high end luxury brand would be a plus

Curious in nature, keen to learn, love being “hands-on”

A background in retail
