Sales Associate

We are looking for a hands on, well-organized and engaged Sales Associate that loves a challenge! We would like you to help us grow our proprietary brands via B2B (today it’s just via B2C) and we have very ambitious growth goals world wide!

Who are you?

You are a self-motivated, analytically driven, adaptable, proactive, easy going team player that are driven by sales numbers. You are structured in your work relationships and strong in negotiation and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the groups B2B budget both in terms of net sales and gross profit.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material such as newsletters and presentations are up to date.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness as a project leader.
• Responsible for organizing processes and road map for the B2B segment.
• Together with buying make forecasting on volumes for seasonal buy and support buying with order administrations. Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget.
• Identifying process improvements and take ownership to help in the development of business systems.
• Negotiate terms with customers of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in or Retail Management or at least 2+ years’ vocational education studying Economics, Sales or Purchasing.
• Proficient in using Excel, power point and good technical skills. Photoshop and mail chimp will also be an asset.
• Fluent in English as well as Swedish (both verbally and in written form).
• Strong in communication and a social person with both colleges and customers.
