Babyshop Group is looking for a driven digital analyst with a passion for web analytics and conversion optimization!



As a Digital Analyst at Babyshop you will be part of our Tech team, and an integral part of the product development of our websites, as well as help all our departments by sharing insights and enabling us to take data driven decisions in everything we do. You will set up and follow our most important KPIs, be responsible of our tracking implementations, and provide data and ideas to make sure our sites are as user friendly and optimized as possible.
We are looking for you who are dedicated to measuring and analyzing user behaviour and data, and love to challenge how things are done and take ownership, and above all wants to be a part of the future of E-commerce!


  • Secure data collection and quality in our web analytics tools
  • Share insights and learnings with stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Run our Conversion Optimisation Program
  • Design A/B test hypotheses and analyze the results
  • Set up and analyse personalization campaigns
  • Implementation of Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Development of reporting dashboards with tools like Klipfolio and Power BI
