We are looking for a senior Social Media Director with global experience to lead and develop our Social Team of hard working and dedicated super heroes! 

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to play a very important role within our fast-growing marketing team. In this role, you will have the ownership of the growth of social media channels for Babyshop Group brands globally but also the expansion of new social media channels that you think we should expand to!

We would like you to be extremely data- and commercially driven, you ground your decisions in data and the analysis of performance. You have a proven Social Media Manager experience, are commercially focused, passionate about Digital Marketing, ecommerce, and able to effectively develop strategies and follow them.

Location: Our fantastic, brand new, office in central Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to make sure our Social Media strategy is inside our brand strategy
• Personnel Responsibility
• Responsible for forecasting sales and preparing media budgets
• Defining and delivering strategies to achieve our growth targets – reach, Revenue and traffic.
• Planning, execution and analysis of current and new social channels globally
• Defining a testing strategy and a roadmap to grow the Social channels

Requirements:

• 8+ years working experience within marketing, preferably Social
• Proven track record of successfully managing Social Media channels for e-commerce brands globally.
• Proven leadership skills and successfully leading a team
• Experience from a fast-paced ecommerce, tech or start-up environment
• Ability to translate your analytical insights into creative briefs and/or point at creative examples that generate the results wanted.
• Excellent numerical skills; advanced Excel and Google Analytics
• Good negotiation skills with new and existing key partners.
