It all started with the single domain Babyshop.se and two entrepreneurs in 2006.


Who are we looking for?

As a Head of Growth you will be fully responsible for Babyshop & Lekmers customer acquisition (nykundsanskaffning). You will lead our hungry team, today, including CRM, Pricing, SEM & SEO.

We would like you to grow and maximise the new customer acquisition via targeted channels and a data driven approach.

You will create an infrastructure that will enable the team to analyse the behaviour cross-channel, initiate scientific experiments to lift the performance and also work with targeted promotions.

You will be fully accountable for the performance of all growth channels and that your team is reaching the targets for each market – We are a global company! You have to be able to combine both data, technology and behaviour data to be able to build acquisition programs that will support the growth of profitable customers.

Also responsible to attract, retain and develop marketing skills inside the growth team. Being able to communicate clear expectations and creating the environment to make sure that the team performs inside the eco-system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining cross-channels strategy for each local market.
  • Planning and execution of strategic new customer acquisition programs.

  • Driving the team to reach the set KPI:s and targets for the team. 

  • Forecasting acquisitions and returning customers for each market.
  • Analysing results and share insights with the wider marketing team.

Requirements:

  • 10 years work experience
  • At least 5+ years for driving and expanding a greater growth team
  • Demonstrable track record of leading a growth team or similar tasks
  • Demonstrable experience of setting up strategies for cross channel analysis and programs.
  • Able to implement and leverage from marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and data driven
  • Excellent understanding for each key performance channel
  • A true motivator that lift the team
  • Online experience
