Who are we looking for?

Key Responsibilites:

  • Coordinating sales campaigns between Marketing and Buying

  • Making sure that weekly planning meetings is taking place with a clear agenda.

  • Updating and sharing the information with the all stakeholders inside the marketing team.

  • Getting conformation on activities to make sure efficient work flow.

  • Brand launches

  • Making sure that brands are being launched on correct sites at the right time in the right way.

  • Making sure that information past on to marketing is containing all necessary information.

  • Activity calendar

  • Responsible for updating and making sure that “activity/planning” calendar is always updated for all brands.

  • Making sure that trade calendar is up to date 4 weeks ahead online and 3 months ahead for offline.

  • Making sure that trading activities are not planned same dates between sites.

  • Making sure that campaigns are meeting set deadlines.

  • Local focuses

  • Extracting local needs from each from each stakeholder to make sure local adjustments is being made for the markets,

  • Reviewing campaigns

  • Review campaigns with F&PL to make sure that learning’s are implanted for the future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable online experience of managing campaigns

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Super proactive, highly organized, strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Good numerical skills, with great commercial acumen and good level in using Excel

  • Good creative eye and ability to prepare creative briefs (including copy) experience in a fast-paced ecommerce or start-up environment

  • Good Google Analytics knowledge would be a plus

  • Curious in nature, keen to learn, love being “hands-on”

  • Ideally a background in retail but a passion will do!
