 The Babyshop Group consists of several online retails: Babyshop, OiiDesign, AlexandAlexa and Lekmer. It was founded in 2006 and is now one of the leading e-commerce companies within the premium segment for children’s clothing and products in Europe.

The Babyshop Group offers an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. It is a dynamic, rapidly growing company and therefore we are looking for a multilingual customer care and sales team.

One of our strengths is knowledge about our collections and the many brands we carry.

We have our warehouse for all markets located in Jönköping, Sweden, where our Customer Service is also located. We want to continue to provide our customers with the best possible assistance while shopping with us and develop our employees as well as growing with our customer needs and expectations.

Areas of responsibility

To our international team we are looking for a senior Team Leader with passion for Customer Service and sales with the ambition to actively participate to give our customers the best possible service and shopping experience!

 It is a must that you enjoy both sales and service and understand the benefits of being successful in both areas.

 You enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes, - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and cultivating the Babyshop Group´s Core Values and Tone of Voice.

In this role you report to Head of Customer Care and Sales, and you must be able to work on site in our office at Stigamo, Jönköping.


An excellent candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player and inspiration to others with drive and determination to deliver results.
  • Previous and documented experience in Team Management
  • Experience in customer service, sales, phone sales, retention or loyalty activities
  • You are an executing doer with the ability to work across many departments to request information
  • Understand that the details make the difference, social and outgoing
  • No prestige regarding hitting the phone yourself to deliver results
  • A customer first mindset with the understanding that sales and service goes hand in hand
  • Documented experience in supporting customers through various channels and the importance of it
  • You are aware of the most common Customer service KPI:s and can show documented results within the area
  • You have the ability to get our employees up to speed in all channels to reach the KPI:s
  • We want you to be innovative and challenge the old ways to open new doors
  • Our company language is English and very much so in the international team, you need to have excellent understanding in Swedish and English both verbal and writing
  • Any additional language is a plus.
