Hi! We are looking for a great HR professional to develop the HR Department for our young and multi-cultural Babyshop Group!

ABOUT THE POSITION
The HR function in Babyshop Group is still kind of new to the business. There are plenty of things to do and you must come in and master a little bit of everything. It is highs and lows and you need to be ready to tuck up your sleeves and work hard. At Babyshop Group we are truly ambitious, but we also love having fun at work.
In this role you will be responsible for the administrate HR functions for the whole Group. At the moment there are two HR/Payroll Administrators in Jönköping that will be reporting to you until we have an HR Manager in place (Add for that role is also out). You will work in a highly cross-functional role with departments like marketing, logistics, finance, buying and customer service.
Since the company has been growing at a rapid pace (and still are) you will need to come in and get a quick overview and build up the HR function and several HR processes from scratch. You will for example;
- Oversee and develop administrative HR support such as handbooks, procedures, create policies, onboarding, compensation & benefits, exits etc.
- Secure recruitment processes
- Create and implement performance management processes and future salary reviews
- Get legal requirements in place like work environment and equality work
WHO ARE YOU?
- A bachelor’s degree in HR
- At least 3 years of experience of recruiting, HR and/or building teams and culture
- Strong written and oral communication in English or Swedish. (English is the business language in the Company)

It is a plus if you have experience from a fast-growing company or if you have built up the HR function in another company.
Experience or interest in retail, e-commerce or kids is also useful!
