Social Media Outreach

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role as Social Media Outreach you will be assisting the Social Media Manager and proactively scouting for new influencers. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the execution of collaboration agreements, including
responding to requests, handling send outs, monitoring performance and other reports as
required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● To support the social and content team and provide administrative assistance
● Scout new influencers which are on-brand with the Alex and Alexa ethos
● Build valuable relationships with influencers
● Ensure Influencer database are kept up to date and relevant
● Create monthly reports measuring performance and outreach growth
● Arrange all the specifics of the collaborations in a timely manner
● Follow-up arranged posts ensuring Influencers meet the agreements
● Build wrap up reports for specific campaigns and partnerships
● Interact with partnering influencers through social media

● A passion for designer fashion and high end design
● Knowledge and keen interest in fashion influencers / mini fashionistas
● A team player
● Good photographic memory

Desirable role requirements
● One year experience in a similar role
● Fluent in an Asian language, ideally Korean, Chinese or Japanese
● Contacts with fashion Influencers
