CRM & Marketing Internship

We are looking for a new superstar intern that is driven, eager to learn and excited to contribute to our CRM operations at Babyshop Group. 

ABOUT THE POSITION

You’ll be part of a CRM team consisting of four CRM specialists and a manager, where everyone works together to drive conversion in the channel.

You’ll get to work with CRM hands on within different areas and support the team with:

  • Creation and scheduling of emails
  • Setting up automated journeys
  • Performance analysis
  • Segmentation and personalization of content
  • A/B testing
  • Other tasks related to daily CRM operations

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who wants to learn fast and get to be operational right away, within all the different parts of the day-to-day work such as creating a strategy, sales and content planning, performance analysis and the actual building of the emails and target group they are being sent to.

We want you to;

  • Need an internship as part of your education
  • Have an interest in CRM and Marketing
  • Study or have experience from CRM, marketing or relevant fields
  • Be fluent in English. Fluency in a nordic language is meritorious 
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Be detail oriented

Please note that this is an unpaid internship.

Start: Preferably asap but we are flexible

Extent: Flexible according to school requirements

Where? HQ in Stockholm, Östermalm and remote
