Assistant Buyer to Babyshop Group

We are looking for our next great assistant buyer who wants to work in a fast-growing company with our proprietary brands (our own developed brands) in fashion, home, toys and baby categories. ABOUT THE POSITION
As an assistant buyer for proprietary brands you will support our product managers in various operational and functional matters. You report to the Proprietary Brand Manager and have a central and important role in the team. More specifically you will;

• Register articles in our ERP system and supervise delivery dates
• Help to prepare orders and have direct contact with agents and factory’s in Europe and China
• Work with product content and price adjustments
• Be an active part of the development of the proprietary brands department
• Coordinate inbounds with our warehouse in Jönköping
• Support our customer service and content team with daily needs and information
• Do quality controls of products and samples
• Book and follow up test institutes and organize different documents
  
  
  

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a person who has/is:

• Further education within Buying/Retail Management or former work experience in retail, fashion and/or e-commerce
• Strong organization skills and like working with admin and numbers
• A fast learner and have good skills in Excel and MS Office
• Proficient in English. Chines skills is meritorious
• A passion for fashion, interior and baby products
  
  

As a person you are a great communicator and have strong negotiating skills.
You are prestigeless and someone who shrubs up your sleeves when needed. Due to our fast growth it is important that you are easily adaptable to changes and have a flexibility in your workflow. Finally, we see that you are a   person who loves problem solving and has a solution-oriented mindset to find even more effective working methods
