Systems and report specialist in Customer Service

Babyshop Group is looking for a data driven Systems and report specialist who will join our Customer Service team in Jönköping. If you are a tech savvy team player who loves statistics and data analytics, this might be the right challenge for you. 

About the role: 

In the role as a Systems and report specialist within Customer Service, you will work with maintenance of all respective systems, implementation of new features, and have ownership of user accounts, equipment, reports and dashboards needed to facilitate a seamless workflow. You will be the super user for all systems that our Customer Service utilizes in their daily operations, while actively finding, assessing and recommending new features to improve the team’s performance. 


  • You have proven experience in working with superuser / back office tasks and responsibilities
  • You have a good understanding of cloud technologies and BI platforms 
  • You have basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript coding skills and experience
  • You are great with crunching data in Excel 
  • You have no issues working cross functionally, with short deadlines and under high-pressure circumstances
  • You are pragmatic in how you approach problems, understanding it starts with fully grasping the problem and ends with engineering the solution, not the other way around.
  • You are interested in keeping up to date with scientific advancements, are not afraid of trying out new tools or technologies and have an aspiration to continuously develop
  • You are a dependable professional who understands the importance of a well-functioning technical infrastructure 
  • You are a strong English communicator, both written and spoken

Start: As soon as possible

Extent: 40h/week, Permanent employment with six months’ probation period

Location: Jönköping, Norra Stigamovägen 4
