About the position

In the role as an E-commerce Manager, you’ll be part of Babyshop Group’s Growth department, ensuring our customer experience through a fast and stable digital experience. You’ll be working within the E-commerce  Team, reporting to the E-commerce Team Lead. 


The role

  • Responsible for daily operations of our 4 sites (18 domains) together with your colleagues within the E-commerce team
  • Devise SEO strategy and work with cross-functional teams to execute programs that drive high-quality organic traffic.
  • Analyze site performance and consumer behavior to drive improvements as well as growth
  • Consistently conceptualize, implement, and measure A/B tests focused on driving improvements to our sites
  • Work with the Tech-team to implement changes on the site ranging from landing pages to ensure strong conversion, to on page SEO strategies
  • Support the business by reporting on existing KPIs and identifying future growth opportunities via data insights and analyses.
  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
  • Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person who has/is:

  • High capability in running an E-commerce operation, including site analytics and A/B testing.
  • A higher education - preferably within either e-commerce management, growth marketing or digital analytics
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience within E-commerce.
  • Experience with the Edge ecommerce platform or equivalent (Magento, Centra
  • A strong drive and motivation to achieve results and hit sales targets.
  • Experience from, and capability to, analyze relevant data to drive improvements.
  • Ability to define strategy and identify and execute key activities consistent with the strategy.
  • Structured and analytical with good planning capability.
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and in writing. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.

Start: Immediate

Extent: 40h/week, Permanent employment with six months’ probation period.

Location: Stockholm
