About this role

We are looking for a Replenishment Analyst to become a part of our Buying team. In this role you will work with the replenishment from our suppliers for one of our three business areas. You will manage the daily replenishment in line with business strategies and assortments plans to optimize sales and profit.

You will work closely with the Buying team to secure optimal buy across our assortments as well as with the Merchandise Team to maximize trading performance across all our store fronts. You will work with cross functional teams to develop replenishment plans and inventory management. A strong relationship and tight dialogue with suppliers through the entire supply chain process is an important part of achieving our goals.

This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and you report to the Head of Products.

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting the demand, both short- and long-term
  • Optimize the level of in-stock relative to availability and tied up capital 
  • Monitor, analyze and report product inventory levels
  • Purchasing all products within the replenishment model
  • Identifying process improvements and support the development of business systems
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and internal activities

Who you are

  • Excellent excel skills
  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills
  • A strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude
  • Experience with sales and inventory planning from retail/e-commerce is a plus
  • Experience of working in Power-BI is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 2+ years’ experience in Finance, Logistics or Purchasing
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in written form
