ABOUT THE POSITION

As a buying administrative assistant you will support our Buyers and the Head of Fashion in daily operational functions. You will also learn to develop key cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners in our offices in Stockholm and London. More specifically you will:

• Provide administrative support to the buying team
• Have direct liaison with suppliers throughout the buying season
• Have ownership over purchase order placement, PO tracking and management
• Ensure POs are delivered in a timely manner to support stock flow
• Maintain all internal systems with accurate information updates
• Work collaboratively across the business including the Warehouse and Marketing department
• Assist in obtaining production content and marketing assets from suppliers
• Assist in making price adjustments where necessary
• Support the team with adhoc tasks when required
• Have an opportunity for further development within buying

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a person who has/is:

• Further education within Buying/Retail Management or former work experience in retail, fashion and/or e-commerce
• Strong analytical, numerical and Excel skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English (All communication within the company is in English)
• A passion and enthusiasm for fashion/e-commerce

Extent: 40h/week, Permanent employment with six months’ probation period.
Location: HQ in Stockholm, Östermalm
