What's my day like?

A day at Babyshop Group will start with evaluation of goals, KPI’s and metrics. Making sure these are in line and contribute to the company strategy. Together with the team you will align internal, external, short and long-term prio’s.
While keeping all channels up to date you are constantly iterating how to do things differently, better and faster. During your time and Babyshop you will get all the freedom to build, measure, learn from a team project or your own project, own it!
The marketing team at Babyshop Group consists of many different departments which are all stakeholders in your marketing channels. Updating them and getting them aligned is part of your daily routines.
At the end of the day you will always be able to check results instantly. Every little consumer touchpoint is measured, and results are open to all relevant people.

Responsibilities

  • Setting-up digital Marketing campaigns within Paid Search and Paid Social, spanning multiple markets, languages, and search engines, across an exciting portfolio of different brands
  • Work with a team of developers, analysts and data scientists to automate marketing processes to scale up our campaigns through a data-driven approach
  • You will adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all Digital Marketing activities and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Contributing to new strategies to achieve our traffic, revenue and profitability targets across channels
  • Execution and analysis of acquisition across channels end to end (briefs, creative design, targeting, media buy, testing, tracking set-up, scheduling, etc.) in line with local brand campaigns and promotions
  • Work with our Data Science team to measure the profitability and impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale

Skills

  • Excellent numerical and analyzing skills
  • Demonstrable track record of success managing SEM/Social/Retargeting/Digital Display for e-commerce brands, ideally at an agency, technology provider or trading desk
  • Good working knowledge of social media channels (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Good creative eye and ability to prepare creative briefs, (including copy would be a plus)
  • Comfortable in producing excel/sheets reports and formulas
  • Thrives in fast-paced e-commerce or tech start-up environment and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Advanced Google Analytics knowledge
