We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Data Science team at Babyshop in building a next-generation intelligent platform for online premium children's clothes. You will join a talented team of Data Scientists to help build and optimize, through research and experimentation, our data-driven products. We have recently started this journey at Babyshop, hence giving you an opportunity to shape solutions and implementations at an early stage. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help idealize, plan and deliver data pipelines that fuel our machine learning platforms, back-end-systems and business intelligence systems;
• Contribute to all stages of Machine Learning projects: Design, implementation, testing, releasing and monitoring after deploy;
• Build large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines with data processing frameworks primarily in Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Snowflake.
• Work closely with data scientists, other software engineers, and stakeholders to meet ambitious goals.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline;
• You have a good understanding of system design and data structures;
• Fluent in SQL;
• Knowledge in or interested to learn more about AI algorithms;
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Good understanding of cloud technologies;
• A strong English communicator (both written and spoken)
