Safety and quality Intern - Buying Proprietary Brands

Are you an analytical and thorough person with an interest to learn more about quality work and law compliance in a company with a forever growing market? Then we are looking for you! Our quality team is working with product quality across all our categories; fashion, baby/travel, toys and home, and for them to fit our different markets across the world. We cover the quality and safety assurance both pre- and after sales working closely with our suppliers, the buying department, customer service and the warehouse.

Responsibilities

The role will be a part of the Quality team, focusing mainly on our Proprietary Brands.
We are looking for you who are eager to do an internship during, or in connection to, your studies.

• Assist on the daily quality work being in contact with factories/category managers/test labs ect
• Assist during specific quality-projects
• Support on quality improvements and product development
• Work together with the quality team to ensure product law compliance, both physical and chemical on products and their following documents
• Help to organize and store product information
• Work with Quality team/Buyers/Factories on appropriate labels according to products
• Support product testing process, failure resolution and queries
• Assist on long-term sustainability projects
• Help to store and organize golden samples.

Who are we looking for:

• Fluent in English
• Are/or has been studying at least a bachelor’s degree focusing on production, quality, materials or other relevant areas
• Ambitious and eager to learn
• Good knowledge and experience in Excel and MS Office
• Enjoys a high paced working environment
• Ability to multitask and to take quick actions
• You are social and a team player
• You are a detailed oriented and organized person.
