Marketing Executive Finland

As Marketing Executive Finland, you will be the Finnish customer and market expert in the company, responsible for the overall customer experience, sales and brand awareness in Finland. 

Your role is cross-functional, where you actively collaborate with different teams and departments within the company to plan, create, support and execute high quality marketing activities. You play a key role ensuring that we meet our ambitious sales targets and other KPIs in Finland.

It is very important that your Finnish, spoken and written, is flawless.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert within Babyshop Group for the Finnish customer and market
  • Planning and executing of the marketing strategy and activities for the market
  • Building Babyshop and Lekmer brand in the market
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Reporting on the traffic and sales performance and forecasting sales and costs to make sure that we are inside set targets
  • Evaluation of the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, all customer touchpoints and from customer feedback
  • Provide market knowledge to the company leadership and other teams regarding the actual situation, market potential, possible risks and development ideas
  • Managing own business development and marketing projects from concept to completion
  • Localization of Babyshop and Lekmer websites for your market
  • Development, maintaining and localization of email marketing
  • Planning, executing and supporting Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid advertising and all other marketing activities and teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce all necessary promotional materials according to the local interest
  • Collaborate with buying to make sure that we are adapting our trade after the local needs
  • Collaborate with agencies and other possible partners
  • Marketing research and identification of local trends and insights

 

Requirements:

  • Speaking and writing Finnish language (Native-speaking person) 
  • Passionate about marketing, social media, customer experience and ecommerce
  • Demonstrable marketing experience ideally including social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertisement or other digital channels 
  • Good copywriting skills and digital content-creation experience
  • Great attention to detail and analytical mindset and skills
  • Good numerical skills, with a medium level of Excel
  • Ability to work fast, and be autonomous and proactive
  • Able to work as part of and influence wider team within the company
  • Able to work rapidly towards tight deadlines while staying calm 
  • Strong execution skills to meet the targets
  • Able to constantly multi-task
  • Excellent communicator and team player
