CRM & Email Specialist

 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-driven, motivated and talented CRM & Email Specialist to be a part of our Growth Team! We want your help to drive the CRM-operation, growth and success of the brands Babyshop and Lekmer.
You should be specialized particularly in E-mail marketing, have deep communication and production skills and be passionate about copy making and manifesting our brands for customers. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will work closely with the whole Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute email communication to the customers. CRM works closely with a set of cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Data Science, to transform your own, and colleagues’, insights into great communication, driving growth every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • With help from a creative team, take responsibility so that campaign briefs are transformed into customer engaging communication in emails and SMS.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Data Engineering to always improve the key metrics for the email and SMS channels. 
  • Constantly improve the marketing automation flows in our CRM-system


  • Master copy making, in both Swedish and English
  • Master continuous production of marketing messages and tweak layout/packaging of emails based on insights and results
  • Be strong at coordinating multiple emails daily across and within the teams
  • “An eye” for design
  • A real “go and get it” attitude
  • You are a structured and organized person with an eye for details
  • Good communication skills
  • Love a fast-paced environment where change is the norm
