Operations Analyst

We are looking for highly motivated, analytical and solution-oriented entry level analyst to support our Operations Team in Stockholm. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, with strong data analysis skills and can communicate complex issues in a simple way. The Operations analyst will assist on initiatives to attain the company’s key strategic objectives by developing operational reporting, budgetary controlling, improving existing processes, reducing inefficiencies and increasing productivity.

You have a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree. It is an advantage but not a necessity to have experience in the e-commerce or retail industry. Effective communication skills in English is a must as English is our business language. Strong Excel skills are a required.

Responsibilities:

• The Operations analyst shall assist and contribute to the progress of numerous strategic projects
• Support improvement projects on logistics, Warehouse and Customer Experience
• Create tools to streamline tasks or increase visibility of key information
• Use business analytics and intelligence to gain insight on operational performance as well as diagnose and solve hiccups
• Build budgetary controlling tools
