Graphic Design Assistant - Internship/Praktik

We are looking for someone that are studying and wants a Praktikplats.  As a Graphic Design Assistant Intern/Praktikant, you will be part of and support the design team in all work and communication assets produced for our brands, Lekmer and Babyshop and the Category and brand campaigns run within. You will work with formatting and production, making sure that great ideas are equally great executed in all channels needed, (site, banners, paid social, newsletters, blogs, etc.)

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure all images are being executed consistently across the brands using the company templates and/or brand guidelines
• Upload and organise seasonal artwork for easy accessibility
• Pick, resize and format images for all channels, e.g. newsletters and social media
• Assist with design and graphics, such as combinations of photographs, and text, for marketing materials and web content
• Visualize and execute conceptual ideas within given direction and guidelines
• Interpret and transform concepts and ideas, developed by others
• Assist with larger projects as needed
• Maintain image database of contacts and vendors and ensures brand imagery is available to designers
• Provide support and help with workflow as required
• Act as a liaison between the market team and design

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

• Graphic Design or Digital Media Education (ongoing is ok)
• Good organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Photoshop and basic working knowledge of Illustrator
• Comfortable in communicating and working in English
