Internship - Email marketer & retention intern

In this role, your goal is to maximize the quality of the emails given the resources you have to your disposal; a strong team of market managers, copywriters, designers, translators and marketing analysts.

Key Responsibilites:

• Project lead the newsletter process from start to end for the group brands: Lekmer, Babyshop and Oii
• Coordinate all activities across the company that are required to send these campaigns (briefs, creative, design, building, segments and scheduling)

• Put together the actual emails
• Make sure that all newsletters are sent out on time
• Improve and simplify the process and the actual creation of emails
• Monitoring key KPIs for each campaign to make sure that target is reached.
• Monitor and improve all automated emails, programs and transactional emails
• Propose and implement changes on site to support the Email Marketing plans.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish
• Being a proactive problem solver
• Detailed oriented
• Being able to keep many projects running parallel
• Basic knowledge in HTML and email production
• Good in Google Analytics
• Good numerical & analytical skills
• Excellent communicator

You will be working in our brand-new office located in central Stockholm at Valhallavägen in a fun and fast paced environment.

The minimum length of this internship is 12 weeks but can go up for 6 months. Working hours per week is between 25-40 hours.
