Head of Retail

We are looking for an experienced, operational retailer who will be our key player in the development of our store network in Sweden and Norway. Do you love sales, changes and fast decision making followed by great business results? Then you are the one we are looking for!

We would like you to have a high entrepreneurial focus with deep interest in business and growth together with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into results. You enjoy working independently and building effective teams. You are a strong leader as well as a strong team player. You have good skills in delegation and prioritizing and like to travel in work, primarily to Norway.

Responsibilities

• The all over responsibility for our 13 stores, located in Sweden and Norway
• Full P&L responsibility over store network, including budgeting and follow up
• Build an efficient team and processes to support the retail organization
• Drive omnichannel innovation
• Set a strong development roadmap to make the stores the “go to place”

Requirements

• Experience working within a physical retail environment 
• Proven leadership qualities and experience from successfully leading a team
• Experience of organizational change management
• Preferably experience working with retail stores in different countries
