Internship/part-time Analyst - Operations Team

We are looking for highly motivated, analytical and solution oriented Intern or part-time Analyst to support our Operations Team. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, with strong data analysis skills and can communicate complex issues in a simple way. You will assist on initiatives to attain the company’s key strategic objectives by developing operational reporting, improving existing processes, reducing inefficiencies and increasing productivity.

We offer you an position in a dynamic fast paced work environment in our office at Valhallavägen in Stockholm. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a management team with entrepreneurial experience and great team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• The Operations Intern shall assist and contribute to the progress of numerous strategic projects
• Support improvement projects on logistics, Warehouse and Customer Experience
• Create tools to streamline tasks or increase visibility of key information
• Use business analytics and intelligence to gain insight on operational performance as well as diagnose and solve hiccups

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Time management & project management skills
• Good problem-solving, analytical and Excel skills
• Highly Motivated self-starter
• Works well with teams & individually
• Effective communication skills in English is a must as English is our business language
• It is an advantage but not a necessity to have experience in the e-commerce or retail industry

We offer you an Internship or a part-time job as an Analyst in our Operational Team. Start date and length of the internship is flexible but ideally a minimum of 4 months. Working hours per week are flexible but on average of 24 hours per week is minimum.
