Hi! We are looking for a great HR professional to build the HR Department for our young and multi-cultural Babyshop Group!

The HR function in Babyshop Group is still kind of new to the business. There are plenty of things to do and you must come in and master a little bit of everything. It is highs and lows and you need to be ready to tuck up your sleeves and work hard. At Babyshop Group we are truly ambitious, but we also love having fun at work. Don´t Monday it!

As HR Manager you will be responsible for the HR function for the whole Group. At the moment there are two HR/Payroll Administrators in Jönköping reporting to you, one HR taking care of our Norwegian Stores, and we are recruiting for a HR Generalist to assist you with admin for the Group in Stockholm.

You will work in a highly cross-functional role with departments like marketing, logistics, finance, buying and customer service.

Since the company has been growing at a rapid pace (and still are) we have a demand for setting clear organisation structures and processes. Your main tasks will be:

- Make the organisation grow in to its actual size - from a small to a big company – Many process are left behind!

- Support Managers in their job and help them become better leaders.

- Help Middle Management to develop as leaders - Many are new to the task! 

- Create a plan of how to get the company’s values and culture well communicated, encouraged and followed throughout the whole organisation, today in three different countries and many different locations.


You have;

- A bachelor’s degree in HR

- At least 6 years of experience of HR and/or building teams and culture

- Strong written and oral communication in English or Swedish. (English is the business language in the Company)


It is an advantage if you have experience from fast growing companies.

It is a clear advantage if you have experience from a fast-growing company or if you have built up the HR function in another company. Experience within retail, e-commerce or children’s branch is also useful!

The HR Manager will be highly included in the Management Team and will be reporting directly to CEO or Founder.
